a) How to search for the hotel

For your convenience we provide easy application forms which help you find hotels by city, date and even in accordance to the room's location within the hotel.

b) How to make reservation

After the hotel has been chosen, the reservation form should be filled-out and sent.

c) How to make a payment

To meet your requirements and to ensure a comfortable payment service, we offer several ways of making payments:

• - By bank transfer (off-line transactions)
• - By postal order (off-line transactions)

We book after receiving payment.

The price of accommodation includes all services stated in Reservation Form under the Room Type position.

d) Confirmation of the reservation

On-Line reservations in 4hotele.com are confirmed automatically after receiving payment. However, off-line reservations must be confirmed individually by operator within 2 working-days.

e) Commercial invoice

If you wish, the operator will automatically print the commercial invoice and send it to the indicated address after receiving payment.

4. How to cancel the reservation?

In order to cancel reservation, Cancellation Form should be filled-out and sent. This form is available at the 4hotele.com website.

In the case of canceling a reservation, you will be charged a handling fee and be reimbursed the due amount stated in your Cancellation Form through direct bank account transfer.

5. How to make a change?

If you would like to change the reservation you are asked to fill-out and submit the Change Reservation Form which is available on the 4hotele.com website.
